This will be the 3rd trip to the round trip with a trailer to pick up my mower

On June 2 2020 we bought a new Husqvarna mzt61 with a 27 Brigs & Stratton we did the fleet deal with family farm and home of Fenton Michigan I picked the mower up last night to find when I got home a bunch of things that concern me my rolebar would not lock in any position but up. Rust on many of the clips and on the rolebar weld's were the hours meter is it had one screw that as a Phillip's head instead of a hex. On the engines valve covers they were carroded on the deck was a big chip of paint were it had started to rust and the manufacturer date was over 2 years old. My father in-law bought the same mower in 2017 and got a 2017 mower with the fleet deal I don't think its right that 3 years later I'm paying more for a mower that is one year newer than his. I returned the mower to the store and I'm waiting to get the next one from them that's still over 2 years old if I was to buy a 2 year old new car it would have huge discounts I'm beyond pissed with this and want a solution asap when you email me back I will send you all the pictures of the first mower. I don't have any paper work just the receipt from the store seireal number of mower is 052918B005218. My mother bought this mower her name is Deborah White.

Inoperable Zero Turn Mower

I bought the Z254F mower in April 2021 from Lowes. In less than 5 months, the mower has broken and is residing in my yard. Since the mower is under warranty Lowes refers you to Husqvarna. Husqvarna refers you to a local certified repair shop. Adding insult to injury, I am responsible for the cost to send the mower for repairs and return it. This is an asinine policy. You do not stand behind your product enough that you will be responsible for transportation costs? Is the transportation costs so high it has become a financial problem? Perhaps this is why you have only 2 out of 5 stars.

No battery for chainsaw

I have Husqvarna weed eater, blower, hedge trimmer and decided to buy your electric chainsaw to complete my collection. Ordered it from Amazon and received it today and there was no battery. In the Amazon add it did not say the battery was not included. Maybe I missed that detail but need a batterI

User's recommendation: I like your product but need a battery for my chainsaw and as an old man of 68 years old I need to cut wood after our latest hurricane! Local store don't carry the batterry.

Were 70 year old .an our new mower been at the shop for 3 month.

We used it 8 time.And the motor went to *** it cost us 100.00 every two week to get our grass mover.

High Maintenance

I have a zero-turn Husqvarna RZ4621 mower, it is now into its 7th season, and I'm sure I have spent as much time repairing it as I have mowing. I'm on my 5th Clutch at $300 each and every pulley has been replaced 2 or 3 times. Today is the mandrel/spindle and pulley. When does this end. I look after my mower, washing it after use. I grease it every second mowing, and it is stored inside. Did I just get a lemon, or are these mowers built that poorly? I do my own repairs because the Husqvarna dealer tells me they can't get at it for 3-4 weeks. The other complaint I have is the parts are not in stock. I have to wait 4-5 days to get them. My Craftsman mower is 17 years old with very few repairs.

Service lawn equipment

I purchased new weed trimmer from theTractor Supply store in Macliney Florida. The clerk advised me a customer had returned it back to his store claiming the cooperator. was not functioning proper. As a result, One o the Clerks advised me the customer whopurchased it new had used the wrong type of fuel. This was the reason te cooberater was not functioning proper. I purchased it at a discount. I found out, the cooperator was faulty. I would like to exchange this faulty weed cutter for a new oneexchange this faulty weed faulty.indiscountnprice.

Warranty

My sister bought a new mower, then died before using it. I must sell the mower and am upset the buyer cannot get the remainder of the warranty. I think under the circumstances your policy can be waived this once.

LC221A Lawn Mower

I bought the LC221A lawnmower in July 2019. Only used it a few times due to drought condition. At the start of the 2020 mowing season, I had to take it to an authorized service center because the self propelled system would not engage. I was charged for a new belt. I continue to have the same issue this year. I always have to clean out grass that builds up around the belt drive system. I have never had this problem with any other self propelled mower I've owned. The mower is total worthless. I will never purchase another Husqvarna mower again.

I bought a brand new commercial zero turn.

I bought a brand New commercial lawnmower from my local dealer. The mower broke in 2 weeks. My dealer has called to get the parts &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; i called to try to see what i could do. An a small lawncare company. I'm losing money. The Husqvarna customer service basically told me. The part was on back order an it was nothing they could do! So i bought a $8000 lawnmower to sit in the shop. I DON'T WHAT NOBODY ELSE TO GO THROUGH THIS! DON'T BUY A REDMAX OR A HUSQVARNA. They have the worst customer service an they don't stand behind there products.

AutoMower not working. Says it's leaving charging station but not moving

My problem is that once husqvarna has gotten your money, all they want to do is deny any blame and refer you to someone else. I have at least 10 calls for different issues and only 1 time did I actually receive assistance. That is not an exaggeration.

User's recommendation: Check your dealer and rep for your area. Makes a difference. My rep was nonexistent.

Vary disappointing

I have a Husqvarna tractor rider we did buy 2018 its first week of having it the starter casing broke we had to send it out three months later we had issues with the power losing power we had to send it back or you guys it currently only has 19 hours on mower did not use it much its been a Headache since we first bought it. Spent more times in the shop than on the lawn it is 24 HP 54 inch deck now the Hydro stat transmission just that doesnt work we barely use this thing it only has 19 hours on it its sad to see this what do I do

Product and service sucks

Pressure washer has faulty pump told to bring to Briggs and straten repair location where I was told they would not repair because it was pump issue not motor. Then told to take to another repair location where I was told it would be 1 week it has been 4 weeks when I called was told they dont know when they will receive new pump Vv

I bought the saw at Lowe's I too work and it stopped working so I've called li call Lowe's and I took it to one of the shops that they require me to take it to the shop tried to crank it and they told me it couldn't be fixed because duh it cost more than what the saw worth to fix itI'm trying to see it couldbereplace this this so give me a call 251-490-**** thank you

A new saw

Poor customer service

Bought a zero turn riding lawn mower, belt broke with 12.3 hours on it no parts available for the repair said it would take about 2 weeks to get it then referred me to a dealer in my area which I find out is closed permanently. After calling a variety of other dealers come to find out the more I bought has Drive motor issues.
