Not answering emails regarding an incident during operation due to manufacturing error that could have killed someone. No easy way to contact or get help.

Been waiting weeks. Have grass growing and no way to cut it! Being left on a silent waiting game.

Poor quality welds, not enough weld, didnt use the holes provided for carriage bolts.

Through a level plain of grass with no objects to intrude on the deck, a metal plate of the deck became loose during operation due to very little, poor, and completely missing welds. Locked up the mower and destroyed the metal plate, ruined the mower blade and possibly damaged the deck more internally from the force of the failure.

Operator or anyone nearby could have been injured or killed by pieces of the blade or the deck being discharged from the deck when the failure occurred.

Two macro pictures are shown of 2 of the 3 welds on the deck that held that half of the plate to the deck.

The welds are clearly way too little and very poor.

Other pictures show where those welds are and what they look like from both sides and where they were. theres one spot with absolutely no weld at all.

Preferred solution: A new mower, or a new deck, or the money to buy a new mower. Currently backed up about 25 to 30 acres of almost 3 weeks of uncut grass now coming up on holiday weekend.

User's recommendation: Don’t get warranties for any husquvarna products, let alone the product itself.

Nobody answered. Automated recording advised I go into Chat. I wanted to talk to a liconect to a live trouble shooting Rep. Provide Help video's on how to attach the loop handle to the shaft. I can't tell from looking at a picture on the quick-start-guide.

Preferred solution: I would appreciate a video on how to attach the loop handle to the shaft of the Husqvarna 330ike Battery Edger w/battery charger. It's difficult to understand the drawing on the Quick-Start guide

Bad Customer Service

Takes longer than their website states. The order won't and tells you to call 180********, which does nothing except direct you to a website where you will chat online for a long time! Bad customer service, as they do not have a live agent on the phone to talk to!!! Be leery and go with another company that can back their products.

String trimmer recall

I want to talk to a human. I took my string trimmer in for a recall in March, they still havent fixed the string trimmer, they said they are waiting on parts, sometimes it can take up to a year.

Answer your damn phone I used to be able to talk to a human being when I call Husqvarna that doesn't happen anymore you talk to him machine that blows you off and tells you to go on the website to talk to anybody what a pain in that you know what anyways I recommend do not buy Husqvarna cuz you cannot buy parts for them anymore I got a brand new snow blower use twice can't buy parts for it cheap *** junk

User's recommendation: Don't buy a brand Husqvarna there's no parts available for their snow blowers they say they can get them but they can't I ordered a little plastic piece to run my snow blower 5 months ago and they they still keep saying it's on back order it's on back order it's on backorder I'm done with them you want a good snowblower by elsewhere where you can buy parts for it when needed Husqvarna is no good anymore to me I'm going to have to get rid of my snow blower kind of a stupid plastic part that they don't make anymore and the things brand new year old used twice what a joke Husqvarna is a joke

On or about June 18, 2020, I purchased the above referenced mower at Lowes in Stillwater, OK. June of 2021 I replaced the air filter.

June of 2022 the mower began surging and losing power, it would barely mow going up small inclines. It stopped running by the end of July 2022. I took it to the authorized dealer for repairs and it took them 4 months to get it running again with replacement of a new carburetor costing a total of 378.00.

The mower has had maintenance when required, I start and move it during off season to keep things in working order and stored in an enclosed building.

I am very dissatisfied with this mower and will discourage any one thinking of purchasing Husqvarna mowers. As of today it has quit running again so I now have to transfer all the herbicide from the large spray tank to hand held sprayers to finish spring spraying by hand which will now take days to complete instead of an hour or two.

Can not find a service outlet to make recall repair. Of the two centers that were provided by Husqvarna, one is no longer a service center and the other will not respond.

Hello, I am Luis Vasquez from the forever green landscaping company, I bought this Husqvarna chainsaw in August last year at the Pride Landscape Supply store 350 Ernston Rd Parlin NJ 08859, I am a professional for cutting trees, I could not use it incorrectly. chainsaw after cutting for 3 hours the chainsaw no longer started, I tried many times and it was no longer possible to start it, therefore I had to urgently buy another one the same day to carry out my project, and therefore I had to bring it to the store to have it reviewed more than a week ago.

And they called me today to tell me that the warranty no longer covers my chainsaw, because the piston is broken, and they quoted me that the repair costs $560 dollars. For which I am not willing to pay since I am within my warranty period, and because I used it only once, I need an urgent solution.

In The shop more than it was used, recently took it in because oil was leaking and found out it has a crack on the engine block. Company says they have never seen anything like it.

Huge runaround trying to get a new muffler for our chainsaw

Have been trying since about the end of february to get a new muffler for our chainsaw. Has been on backorder. Everytime we check on the availability date it gets pushed further out. Completely ridiculous and extremely aggrevating. We cut alot of wood. Have always went with husqies but probably not anymore.
