If you live in DE or a State which does not have a Hus dealer then stay away from Hus ... I was at Tractor Supply and see Hus on the shelf.
The manager told me a sad story where an elderly person bought a mew zero turn from online and for the first 3 mows it did well. then it died. My issue I have NOT heard a peep from Hus, no call, no email, NO NOTHING.
Hax a local hardware store fix it out of pocket. I will NEVER buy anything from Hus ever again and will always let folks know it !!!
On-line, there are no dealers in the state. The closest dealer is said to be 19 miles away, but this does not take into account that that is a direct line distance and the actual driving distance is around 124 plus miles one way! I've only had this unit for less than 30 days, used it twice before it broke. I've already determined the issue is internal as there is no spark.
Bad switch, grounded internally, who knows? If I take the unit apart, the warranty will be void.
So much for $345 and the 2-year warranty! By the way, Lowes no longer (as of 30 days ago) handles any warranty work for Husqvarna!

The break is locked on 545 chainsaw I'm trying to figure out how to get it open so I can put the cover back on and change the put the chain back on but I can't get anybody to answer when I call I try the text it didn't work keep sending me to a YouTube video that is not the same as my saw
Power washer falling apart
Gas cap fell apart, muffler came apart, and now bolts are loose and oil is leaking out. Always buy Husqvarna, but in doubt now.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They covered issues under warranty finally and received the tractor back from repairs.Cuts amazing like gulf turf every time…Thank You To Husqvarna for dealing with the issues correctly.
Tractor died in the middle of the yard. Take it to an authorized repair center.
They tell me I must have hit something, which shorted out the wiring harness of the tractor, not covered under warranty.
Before this issue, it was in the shop for bad drive pulleys, which Husqvarna knows is an issue, howling all the time, and of course that had nothing to do with the wiring. It's a customer issue when the yard is flat, with no obstructions, and with the 'it's your issue.' They lost a customer.

Needed info on a part I needed. I had to order a part online and will possibly need to return it because I could not speak to a human at Husqvarna to confirm the correct part number. Improv Hus.

I strongly feel that Husqvarna did not handle the situation as expected, and to no fault of mine, I've not been reimbursed for a faulty carburetor that required service repair under warranty.

First thing if you need Customer Service where you can actually talk to a person on the phone. At least we know its a real person talking to you.
Now, as for taking care of your customers, you do a lousy job. I bought a Husqvarna chainsaw last month its not even a month old yet. Brought it home started it up. It does not have the power its supposed to and every time you let off the gas it dies.
I took it back to Lowes where I bought it from and tried to get my money back. Lowes refused because it was over 48 hours that Ive had to chainsaw. Any company should cover their products for at least 30 days with no questions asked. So the only way I could get to talk to someone through customer service was online which I dont even know if it was a real person.
They stated that Husqvarna does not accept returns. But I could take it to a saw shop a Husqvarna dealer. The person gave me a name of the shop. I took the chainsaw to the Pacific shop.
They told me too, which that shop inform me that they would not work on it because I did not buy it there. I thought that if it was a dealer, they could not turn away a chainsaw to be worked on. But I guess they can. Because they are privately owned.
so I have a chainsaw that nobody will work on and a company that will not stand behind their product. So I am not going to stop until I get to talk to a person and I receive a refund for this chainsaw.

Our Husqvarna is seven years old. Two and a half years ago, we had to have the frame replaced because it broke in half.
Yesterday, I tried to mow with it and had problems because the belt came off the pulley. After looking into it, I discovered that the frame is again broken in three places. I called Husqvarna for help, and they said it was not under warranty any longer. I think the frame breaking twice is excessive and should be considered faulty.
We live in Michigan and only mow three or four months of the year. One would think a mower would last longer than seven years with such limited use.

Bought a grass catcher for the Z248 mower and it's defective with a broken weld on the bag frame. I called Lowe's, where I purchased it, and they said they could do nothing about it and told me to contact Husqvarna directly for a replacement part.
