March 2017 I bought a Husqvarna tiller. Worked pretty good until this year when I took it out to till the garden it started making a horrible grinding sound.So the next step I called the companyI bought the tiller from and they directed me to Husqvarna.
The tiller is still under warranty but I have been getting the run around since May 2018 when this happened. First the sent parts to fix the tiller. Then they decided that they should have not sent parts but that they should send a new transmission. Here is what I think first off the customer service is horrible I have not been contacted one single time by this company.
I have been given the run around, and this has been ongoing for over a month now. I want This taken care of.
I paid $600 dollars for this tiller but apparently it does not mean much to Husqvarna. What I would like to happen is I want Husqvarna to send me a new tiller.
