First thing if you need Customer Service where you can actually talk to a person on the phone. At least we know its a real person talking to you.

Now, as for taking care of your customers, you do a lousy job. I bought a Husqvarna chainsaw last month its not even a month old yet. Brought it home started it up. It does not have the power its supposed to and every time you let off the gas it dies.

I took it back to Lowes where I bought it from and tried to get my money back. Lowes refused because it was over 48 hours that Ive had to chainsaw. Any company should cover their products for at least 30 days with no questions asked. So the only way I could get to talk to someone through customer service was online which I dont even know if it was a real person.

They stated that Husqvarna does not accept returns. But I could take it to a saw shop a Husqvarna dealer. The person gave me a name of the shop. I took the chainsaw to the Pacific shop.

They told me too, which that shop inform me that they would not work on it because I did not buy it there. I thought that if it was a dealer, they could not turn away a chainsaw to be worked on. But I guess they can. Because they are privately owned.

so I have a chainsaw that nobody will work on and a company that will not stand behind their product. So I am not going to stop until I get to talk to a person and I receive a refund for this chainsaw.

It was impossible to reach someone from customer service without faking that I was a retailer.
I had to resort to this *** after 19 attempts to reach CS directly.
After finally being transferred to a priority phone q, the representative give me inaccurate information regarding where I could get my chain saw/battery repaired.
This company has put up so many walls to its customers to receive assistance that ones tendency is to give up.
It should not be this dodgy to discuss issues of concern with them.

No personal contact. Very frustrating to purchase a very expensive tool and have it not work properly. Only option was to visit an authorized dealer. This is a brand new out of the box tool.

Impossible to contact and get a response at Husqvarna. I am so sorry I even purchased an expensive YTH25K54 riding lawnmower. The “Idler” pulley broke and it has been in for repair at *** PLUMMERS MARINE going on the 2nd week and they have not even looked at it. Apparently Husqvarna had a 3 year Bumper to Bumper warranty. Husqvarna Riding Lawnmower is not a reliable machine and cannot get it fixed in a reasonable amount of time. This is a real crap show.
