Non- existent customer service

Online help is incompetent. Human customer service is NON- existent. Impossible to get parts OR someone to help. One year old hedge trimmer used less than half an hour leaks fuel profusely, fuel tank part is unavailable and it's IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone at Poulon/Husquevarna to help. Local "authorized" dealer had no better luck. $200 piece of trash.

Broken equipment bought 3 days ago

I purchased a chainsaw 120 mark II and 20 minutes into use the whole case, nuts, chain, bearing piece inside, washers everything flew off washer hit me and burned my face.

Husqvarna - Need customer support and this is where it brought me when I called
Chainsaw gear broke and it wasnt even running. It was barely used and doesnt match quality with amount spent. Am a strong advocate for this company but Am greatly disappointed with this recent breaking of equipment. I am still under warranty dates and either would like product repaired or a full reimbursement.

Need to find a dealer to do warranty work

Customer service gave me three addresses for authorized dealers for my zero turn mower! NONE of the three worked on mowers!!! Customer service was useless!!!

Ive been waiting 10 months for critical parts for my Husqvarna riding mower. On-line authorized vendors tell me their warehouse is in chaos and they cant reliably tell customers if and when ordered parts will arrive. They have no live customer service contact and apparently dont really care about customers after they get your money. Their live chat is not even live.

Simple question on MZ 61 mower

I am looking at getting an XL Cyclone Leaf rake. Their info says the "mulch feature" needs to be disengaged on all mowers when using their rakes. How do I disengage the mulch feature on our MZ 61 zero turn mower? Is that the same thing as just stopping the blades? There is NO ONE is available through your website chat/help feature. NO ONE is available by phone. Really hoping to get an answer soon. Thank you.

Can't get my lawn mower fixed

My lawn mower has been in Monroeville Alabama kubota for over a month waiting on a new deck which is under warranty. DO NOT BUY HUSQVARNA!! It is a same to pay so much and then they don't get in a hurry to fix it!!!

Cheap Chinese piece of crap

This is the cheapest, piece of junk I have ever bought. I have bought 2 mower spindles and pulleys and 6 sets of blades and only 60 days of purchase. Just running over an ant bed has bent 2 sets of blades. This is the last time I buy a name brand at a big box home improvement store. They carry no extra parts. Everything has to be ordered. No customer service.
