Horrible experience with trying to contact customer service with a concern of manufacture warranty!! After 3 different numbers and 2 store visits I was finally able to get someone to direct me to a service dealer in my area and once I got to the service dealer was about to have my weed eater service for 35 bucks!! However the run around and great frustration and annoyance was absolutely unnecessary.

YTH22V46 Riding Mower Model Number 960********

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Re: YTH22V46 Riding Mower Model Number 960********

On or about June 18, 2020, I purchased the above referenced mower at Lowes in Stillwater, OK. June of 2021 I replaced the air filter.

June of 2022 the mower began surging and losing power, it would barely mow going up small inclines. It stopped running by the end of July 2022. I took it to the authorized dealer for repairs and it took them 4 months to get it running again with replacement of a new carburetor costing a total of 378.00.

The mower has had maintenance when required, I start and move it during off season to keep things in working order and stored in an enclosed building.

I am very dissatisfied with this mower and will discourage any one thinking of purchasing Husqvarna mowers. As of today it has quit running again so I now have to transfer all the herbicide from the large spray tank to hand held sprayers to finish spring spraying by hand which will now take days to complete instead of an hour or two.

Respectfully,

Robert Lopez

Chainsaw don’t start

Husqvarna - Chainsaw don’t start
Husqvarna - Chainsaw don’t start - Image 2

Hello, I am Luis Vasquez from the forever green landscaping company, I bought this Husqvarna chainsaw in August last year at the Pride Landscape Supply store 350 Ernston Rd Parlin NJ 08859, I am a professional for cutting trees, I could not use it incorrectly. chainsaw after cutting for 3 hours the chainsaw no longer started, I tried many times and it was no longer possible to start it, therefore I had to urgently buy another one the same day to carry out my project, and therefore I had to bring it to the store to have it reviewed more than a week ago.

And they called me today to tell me that the warranty no longer covers my chainsaw, because the piston is broken, and they quoted me that the repair costs $560 dollars. For which I am not willing to pay since I am within my warranty period, and because I used it only once, I need an urgent solution.

File a complaint about warranty service

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I filed a warranty claim with Husqvarna on 3/7 about the fuel tank on my riding mower leaking fuel. The contacted a service dealer who picked it up on 3/13 and I thought that them contacting the service dealer was meaning the warranty was in progress of repair and as of this date 3/23 I still do t have the mower because service dealer is waiting for approval from Husqvarna for repair and there is nobody in customer service to talk to. You have to chat with an agent who cant help you. Ridiculous that it takes this long for simple repair

Pissed off customer trying to talk to a person about a snow blower part.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Trying to talk to an actual person and there is no recourse to do so ... Kept getting sent to different web pages and being asked to pay for the option to proceed. Thought my expensive snow blow would have a better support staff then that. Still want to order part # 58113**** . This part has a high failure rate as this will be the 3rd time I have replaced it. Very disappointed in the product. This part renders my $1300 snow blower useless if it is not available. Plastic junk.

Husqvarna - Converting my new 330lk weed wacker to a forester brush cutter blade - Image 2
Hello, I just purchased a 330lk weed wacker. I would like to use a Forester Brush Cutter Blade on it. Please confirm that I can us the Forester Brush Cutter Blade on my 330LK weed wacker. If it is something I can do I see I need an adapter kit. Do you sell the adapter cup, nut, plate, tool etc? If the Forester blade will not work what would work for my 330lk weed wacker. My lot has some heavier brush weeds than the 330lk cuts. Thank You, Cindy Constantino cindy@***.com 719-440-****

Bad product

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Bought a L 321AH. Residential mower on weekends.

Mulches like *** . Bags even worse. Hard to find a 21 inch blade that fits. Your engineers should test products before giving the ok.

400.00$ piece of *** I should have paid 25.00$ more for a commercial Toro. This is the last thing I will ever buy from this company. You should be ashamed of yourselves for putting out such a bad product. Maybe someone will start a lawsuit against y'all.

I'm done will stick with anything other than Husqvarna brand or anything made by this company.

Save yourself the headache and anger and buy something else. Even a Walmart brand does what is is designed to do.

Continued issues

Husqvarna - Continued issues
Updated by user Sep 27, 2023

I've been chatting and emailing with Husqvarna customer service agents online for about a week now and haven't gotten any closer to a resolution. I have been continually requesting for people to call me, and have had agents tell me that they would have somebody call...

Original review Sep 23, 2023
I purchased a factory reconditioned Husqvarna 440 chainsaw on 6/26/23 and received it on 7/3/23. The day that I received the saw, I filled it bar oil with fresh mixed fuel at the proper ratio and the saw wouldn't start after several pulls.

If I held the throttle open, it would try to pop, but still wouldn't start. I took it to the closest Husqvarna dealer, which is Rosemount Saw and Tool in Rosemount, MN. I waited two weeks for a diagnosis, which was determined to be that the saw had very low compression and would need the piston and cylinder replaced. I waited two additional weeks for a response and after not getting one, I called Rosemount Saw and Tool.

When I spoke with them, I was told that they were still waiting on a response from Husqvarna as to what they were going to do. Several days later, I called again and was told that Husqvarna made a decision and that the parts would be ordered and repairs completed. I was told that I would receive a call when repairs were completed.
An additional two weeks later, the first week of August 2023, I called Rosemount Saw and Tool to inquire about the saw and to see if there were any updates. When I called, I was asked rudely why I was calling and told that they would call me when it was done.
After not hearing anything for an additional 4 weeks, I called Rosemount Saw and Tool again to see if there were any updates.

The person I spoke with said that there were parts on backorder and would call me back to let me know when the parts would be coming in. I received a call a couple hours later and was told that there was a gasket on backorder and that the gasket was supposed to be at the dealership on 9/16/23. I was told that they would call me if it came in sooner, but to give them a call after 9/16/23 to see whether they had received the part.
I called Rosemount Saw and Tool on 9/19/23 to inquire whether there were any updates on my saw and was told that the gasket was still on backorder from Husqvarna. When I asked when Husqvarna was saying they'd receive it by, I was told that it was estimated to be coming on 10/19/23.
Almost 3 months ago, I paid a lot of money for a chainsaw that was shipped directly from the Husqvarna factory and was supposed to be "factory reconditioned", but didn't run and had a serious defect that was not caught in the "reconditioning" process.

I understand that things get missed and everyone makes mistakes, but I was expecting to be getting a chainsaw that ran and I don't have a running chainsaw. I have been waiting almost 3 months for the defective chainsaw I purchased to be repaired and have now been told that I am going to have to wait at least an additional month before the dealer I took the faulty chainsaw I purchased to can even begin to do the repair.

This is all assuming that the part will actually be in by 10/19/23. Waiting another month, or potentially longer, for a new chainsaw that I've already been waiting 3 months to get repaired is unacceptable.
